What is the benefit of a telecom audit? What does it entail? What will I get out of an audit?

At Telecom Audit Specialists (TAS) we have direct contract with numerous telecom providers throughout the U.S., to provide each and every customer a carrier that is a perfect fit for their telecom needs. If you happen to have your local, long distance or internet service with one particular company, that company has only one interest: “contracting you and keeping you with them.” That is NOT our interest. We find the best program for all of your telecommunication needs and can recommend a number of carrier options to you. You choose which option is the best. We look out for your needs, not the needs of any particular company that we work with which makes us “carrier neutral.”

Telecom Audit Specialists will provide a complimentary (FREE!) audit of your telecommunications services and products! Some other questions we may ask is about the satisfaction with your current carrier, what are service improvements you may be looking for, is there a budget to work with for improvements, upgrades, etc.

Our audit process is outlined below:

  1. Send us your telecom bills.
  2. We research all carriers available in your area for the services you are interested in or considering.
  3. We put together a side-by-side comparison with your current services and costs versus the options of other products and services that would best fit your needs and budget.
  4. We will try to identify services you may not be familiar with but are being billed for and give you a complete list of all your existing services including a breakdown of all lines.
  5. Once a provider is decided on, we request appropriate agreements to be executed.
  6. Gather any information needed to secure a smooth transition to your new products and/or services.
  7. Continue to be your point of contact through the term of agreement with the particular carrier you choose.
